Belgrade, seven miles to the west of Bozeman, has a median price of $235,983. Bozeman has maintained its downtown area with many shops for your needs. The Main Mall is located on the west end of town and in the past few years several major retailers have entered the Bozeman area. Bozeman is the county seat of Gallatin County which covers 2517 square miles To put this in perspective, Gallatin County is larger than the states of Rhode Island or Delaware. Much of the country is fertile farm fields and over 40% is managed by the U.S. Forest Service thus providing excellent recreational opportunities right out your back door. |
