When Charlie attained her Bachelors degree from MSU for Home Economics she was not thinking about her future career in Real Estate, but instead about teaching children in Montana home to make their home thrive with property budgeting and attention to detail. Charlie's training serves a s a firm foundation helping her educate her customers today about sound home buying and selling principals. Charlie believes service is the foundation of community. As Charlie's children were growing up, she was involved in all their activies. Charlie has served as: a past board member of the Bozeman Youth Soccer Organization, Worthy Student Scholarship Board Member, After Prom Committee Member, Cub Scout Pack 671 Parent and on the Irving Parent Council. Currently, Charlie's service is closer to her own heart as she serves as an elder in the Presbyterian Church.
Charlie know's that focusing your passion to serve the Bozeman community will help maintain its character and foundation. Charlie's many successes come from the support of her clients and friends who have worked alongside her in the community first and then in real estate and she appreciates the opportunities these friends have given to her. As a mother of fifth generation Montana natives, Charlie cares about her community and strives to lead it in a "positive direction of growth".
